How are orders processsed?

Delivery Details

Products will be shipped within business 3 days of order (starting from the next day, weekends and holidays not included).
Delivery times are between Mon-Fri 0900-1700
Delays are possible due to high order volume during holidays, or unforeseeable natural calamities
If "Home Delivery" is selected: delivery time will depend on driver's schedule and route
If "Convenience Store Pickup" is selected: Please keep an eye out for text message about arrival, and pick up your order within 7 days. If order is not picked up from convenience store, customer will be liable for additional shipping costs incurred.
If you require a Company ID number on your receipt, please provide this number with your order.

How is shipping calculated for international orders?

7-11 International Shipping is used for all international orders, with the buyer paying for shipping (weight-dependent). Pricing is explained in the chart below (NTD).
