How long is the return period?

(Domestic Taiwan purchases only) In accordance with consumer protection laws, all purchases can be returned within 7 days (including holidays).

How long is the warranty period?

Oserio products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one(1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer of Oserio products.

Do Oserio Scales require regular maintenance?

Oserio scales are designed to be maintenance-free. However, it is  always possible for a scale's accuracy to degrade, so if results are noticeably inaccurate (confirmed using a standard weight), please contact your local Oserio service provider for re-calibration service.

How should I clean my device?

We recommend using alcohol-based wipes to clean the surface of the product, particularly if you stand on them with shoes (scales only; body fat scales can only be used barefoot).

As with other electronic devices, please do not use large amounts of water for cleaning, as this may damage the internal electronics.

What are the conditions for getting a replacement?

  • Product received doesn't match product ordered
  • Accessories are incomplete, or product doesn't match specification on package
  • Product is defective, or damaged in shipping
  • Product is returned within 7 days unopened and complete, with original receipt (any gifts included with purchase must also be returned)

How do I repair a device?

Please contact Oserio customer support for troubleshooting and repairs.

How can I tell if my scale needs to be re-calibrated?

The correct way to check if a scale needs calibration (i.e. results are noticeably inaccurate) is to place a standard weight upon it and see if the scale returns the correct measurement.

If the measurement is noticeably incorrect (ex: 1 kg difference), please contact our local service provider for calibration services.
